Customs brokerage (customs representation) is a key part of any import or export shipment. Our role is to make the clearance process predictable—through accurate documentation, clear communication, and full coordination with the relevant authorities—so your cargo moves without unnecessary delays or extra costs.
Based in Bar, we support companies moving goods via the Port of Bar and throughout Montenegro, with one point of contact and full visibility from document check to final release.

How we work (standard process)
- Document review before submission (to prevent rework and delays)
- Data consistency check across all paperwork (invoice, packing list, transport docs)
- Preparation and submission of customs documentation
- Coordination of the clearance process and timelines
What you get with United Group Logistics
Depending on the cargo type and import/export regime, customs clearance can be straightforward or require additional steps. That is why we start with a quick review of your shipment and documents, confirm what is needed, and then manage the process end-to-end—keeping you informed at every stage.
What we typically include
- Review and preparation of customs documentation
- Verification of cargo details and consistency across documents
- Coordination with the shipper/consignee and involved parties
- Communication and operational support throughout the clearance process
- Final confirmation and record of completion (documentation trail)
